Day of Wedding Coordinator
The Ultimate Miami Wedding Experience
Simply Beautiful. Simply Stress-Free.

Why having a Day-of Coordinator matters
Even the most “simple” wedding has moving parts — vendors, arrivals, music cues, family questions, timing, transitions, and last-minute changes. Without a coordinator, those decisions usually fall on:
- the couple
- a parent
- a friend/bridesmaid
- anyone who will listen!!
A Day-of Coordinator protects your experience. It means:
- You’re not answering logistics texts while getting ready
- Your family isn’t pulled away to solve problems
- Your vendors have one clear point of contact
- Your ceremony and reception stay smooth and on time

Relax and enjoy your day...
Your wedding day should feel joyful — not like you’re running a production. A Day-of Wedding Coordinator is the calm, organized person making sure the timeline stays on track, vendors know where to be, and the little surprises don’t become big problems. You get to be fully present while we manage the flow.
Starting at $895
Ceremony rehearsal option: $150

What to expect from your Day-of Wedding Coordinator

Before the wedding day
Depending on your wedding complexity, Day-of support usually begins with coordination in the final weeks so we’re not meeting your wedding day for the first time. You can expect:
- A planning check-in to confirm your priorities and must-have moments
- Vendor contact list review (who’s arriving when + who needs what)
- Timeline review (and recommendations to reduce stress and delays)
- Ceremony flow planning (processional order, cues, and positioning)
- Quick run-through of important details (special items, surprises, family dynamics)
On the wedding day
On the wedding day, you can expect your coordinator to:
- Be the point person for vendor questions and arrivals
- Keep the timeline moving (without making it feel rushed)
- Guide the ceremony flow (lineup, cues, music timing, walking order)
- Handle “small emergencies” calmly (missing item, late vendor, schedule shift)
- Keep the couple and key people informed only when needed
- Make transitions smoother (ceremony → photos → reception → first dance, etc.)
During the reception
- Coordinate key moments: entrances, toasts, first dance, cake cutting
- Keep the flow comfortable for guests
- Communicate timing with DJ/band, photographer, venue, etc.
Final coverage hours and exact scope can vary by wedding size and venue rules — we’ll confirm what’s included for your date during booking.
